I understand that NFP RideSure may share personal data about me, including my name, address and policy status details, with its insurers, insurance partners and regulatory and law enforcement authorities, including, where required by law or where NFP RideSure has a legitimate interest to do so, e.g., to prevent, investigate, report or respond to illegal or fraudulent activity. I understand that my consent is not needed where NFP RideSure has another lawful basis to do so.

If my policy is cancelled, terminated, expires or otherwise no longer provides valid insurance, I consent to NFP RideSure informing the relevant participating food delivery platform(s) as required so it can decide whether I may continue providing delivery services. The information shared may include my name, address and policy status details.
